In accordance with Federal Decree 7,962/13 - the e-commerce law - the customer has up to 7 (seven) business days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return for reasons of damage, defect, dissatisfaction, or personal reasons.
The return process will proceed under the following terms:
Exchanges or returns must be requested on our website within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of your order. We do not accept exchanges or returns outside of this timeframe.

Access: My Account > My Orders > View Order > Request Return. If the order is eligible for return, you will be redirected to a new page to complete the request and receive the return shipping code.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with the original tags properly attached.
The customer will be responsible for posting the product to the postal service. This operation will not incur any shipping costs for the return.
In the case of a size and/or color exchange, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same item in our stock.
In the case of a return, you may choose a voucher to be used on our website or a refund for the product(s) and the shipping cost per item.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS, except in cases of defects or malfunction reported within the respective legal periods.
